Happy Birthday USMC!

232 years ago today, on November 10, 1775, the Continental Congress formed the Marines with the Continental Marine Act. That very day, the Marines’ first and only Commandant, Samuel Nicholas, set up the first recruiting station at Tun Tavern in Philadelphia.

Happy Birthday to the Corps. Semper Fi. And a big Thank You to anyone who ever served in any of the armed forces.
