Sterkens White Ale, a Belgian Wit, is extremely yeasty, with a wonderful lemon aroma. It pours a champaign color with a nice, short-lived head. The beer has a light, pleasant taste with just a hint of sourness. It would make a wonderful beer for a hot summer day.

Mummified dinosaur may have outrun T Rex
Monday, December 3rd, 2007Yahoo News has an article about a mummified dinosaur that may have been able to outrun T Rex. The muscles, skin, and possibly some internal organs fossilized along with the bones. Seems Hadrosaurs were more muscular than previously thought.
