Nice: Ayinger Ur-Weisse

Ayinger’s Ur-Weisse Dunkles Hefe-Weizenbier pours a dark amber, almost copper color with a very generous, tan-colored head. It smells very yeasty, with a strong banana aroma. The mouth feel is smooth but substantial, and the beer has an earthy, delicious flavor. While I prefer Ayinger’s Brau-Weisse (their regular hefeweizen), this beer is no slouch. I highly recommend it.
