Heller
Heller was affirmed by the Supreme Court this morning.
Update: This means that the Supreme Court ruled that the D.C. gun ban law is unconstitutional. It appears to have been 5-4 along ideological lines. Justice Scalia wrote the opinion. Justice Breyer dissented, joined by Justices Stevens, Souter and Ginsburg.

Another Update: Apparently, there are two written dissenting opinions, but only one majority opinion.
