Traffic and storm
Tuesday, July 8th, 2008Tonight as I was driving home through a downpour, I was approaching an intersection that was a 4-way stop. Right before I got there, some @&%$# driver blew through the intersection going at about 40-45 MPH. I’m lucky I didn’t get there a few seconds earlier. It might have been nasty.
Then, there was the uprooted street light. This massive telephone pole-like object was lying across both southbound lanes of traffic on 9th Street. A fire engine and a police car were diverting traffic.
